We're looking for a strategic thinker that understands the intricacies of social platforms, brings social-first thinking to the table, and can capitalize on real-time opportunities and social trends.
Our ideal candidate will craft high-level strategies that resonate with our target audience, manage social calendars, develop insights and oversee the day-to-day social content and community.
ResponsibilitiesoDevelop a content calendar and posting schedule to ensure consistent deliveryoUtilize SOCi platform to schedule posts and track engagementoCraft engaging content for the organization's social channelsoResearch relevant income tax trends and identify opportunities for content creationoSupport writing of social, blog and email contentoIncrease social followings and positive follower sentimentoConnect with franchisees to support their local social media effortsoRespond to comments and resolve customer issues on socialoManage field support requests from franchisee networkPosition Qualificationso3-4 years of experience in social media managementoIn-depth knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practicesoProficiency in using social media management tools and content creation appsoExcellent communication, writing, and storytelling skillsoPassion for social media and staying updated with the latest industry trends and platformsoStrong creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideasoExperience working with SOCi platform is a plusoWorking knowledge of Zendesk, Asana, OutlookPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe position requires working at a desk at the corporate office located for periods of time up to eight hours and required flexibility to work remotely when necessary.
