Seeking a friendly personality with excellent customer service skills, prior experience in insurance verification, and answering multiple phone lines.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1.
Answering incoming calls with a pleasant phone voice 2.
Responding to Doctor referrals promptly 3.
Verifying Insurance benefits 4.
Contacting families to clearly communicate insurance benefits 5.
Scheduling families across 6 locations and multiple disciplines Ideally, this person:
has a stable work history, medical insurance experience, is highly detailed with a professional demeanor, good aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Up to 40 hours per week, full time position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
