Airpets International is looking to hire full-time Pet Travel Consultant with a positive attitude and competitive drive! This position starts at $17.
00 per hour.
You would also be eligible for monthly bonuses once trained.
Medical, Vision, and Dental are available after 90 days and complete benefits (Retirement & Vacation) after 1 year along with employee discounts.

What You'll Do:
As a Pet Travel Consultant, you will engage in inbound leads, break moves down to determine best course of action, answer questions, educate clients, provide estimates and push them forward in the process.
It is imperative that you are highly organized , detail oriented and have great communication skills.
You will interact with our clients both on the phone and over email to gather detailed information about them, their pets, and their upcoming move.
We utilize a CRM (Client Relations Management) to add and store client data.
Our clientele includes many employees and executives at Fortune 500 companies, so employees must possess an extraordinarily high degree of professionalism.
Employee success as an individual contributor is inextricably linked to the team and the company's success.
You must be comfortable communicating complex topics to all types of people.
Whether you're explaining our services to a potential or current client, communicating move details to an agent, or checking in with different vendors to ensure we provide the best animal care and transportation, you must maintain a professional and supportive demeanor.

This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided, along with ongoing performance coaching to ensure your continued success.
