The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with phone systems and have excellent guest relations skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual- Check guests in and out of the hotel- Process payments and maintain accurate records- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.
