Lead and manage the marketing and outside sales efforts of Chick-fil-A Strengthening the restaurant's digital and social media presence to build emotional connections with guests and escalate reach and awareness for the brand Partnering with the Leadership Team to strategically lead and grow the business Collaborating with Operations to understand capacity and equipping Operations to be able to support marketing initiatives Leading the organization of restaurant events (i.

, Spirit Nights, Chick-fil-A in the community, etc.
) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers in the community to increase brand awareness and sales Preferred
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or currently pursuing degree in related field) Prior experience in marketing and outside sales Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
